On July 11, 2019, a determined 14 year old with an entrepreneurial vision launched Thrifts In The 321 while finishing 9th grade. Starting from her "Thrift Room" at home, Sofia did Instagram live sales and her business grew during the pandemic.

As the business grew, so did Sofia. She attended the University of Central Florida and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Business. During her time at UCF she expanded by doing pop-up shops at the Market Days. Go Knights, Charge On!

Prior to graduating she signed a lease exactly 5 years later on July 11, 2024 and rebranded to "The Exchange Resale". Opening her first storefront, a 2,800 square foot retail location in Viera, Florida. With the help of family and friends she was able to open the doors on September 7, 2024.
